What SkillsUSA Activities did you participate in in High School?

During my high school experience, I was fortunate enough to participate in many different SkillsUSA competitions, conferences, and boards, including District Conferences, Fall State Leadership, State Leadership & Skills Conference, and National Leadership & Skills Conference. I was also a Chapter Officer for my school, as well as a member of the State Student Advisory Council.

What is your favorite thing about the alumni?

One of my favorite things about the alumni is the sense of family. This alumni association has helped me reconnect with old friends as well as make new ones. Over the year these friends have become more then just friends, but family to me. There are people who I know will always be there for me when I need them the most.

Why did you want to join the alumni board?

I joined the alumni board because too wanted to give back to the organization for everything they did for me when I was a student participating in conferences.
