2020 Fall State Leadership Conference

About the Event
The Fall State Leadership Conference takes place from Saturday, November 21st – Tuesday, November 24th. Volunteers need to arrive by 11a.m. on Saturday, November 23rd and can depart after 4pm on Tuesday, November 26th. We also need volunteers to help set up our community service project. Those volunteers must arrive by Saturday, November 23rd, at 7:00 a.m.
All food and lodging is provided for chosen volunteers. In order to volunteer for the conference, you must pay your $12 annual dues for the 2019-2020 school year. If this is your first alumni event and do not have a yellow alumni jacket, you will need to purchase one in advance, Jackets are $45. Please wait until you are accepted as a volunteer before paying for your jacket. Also, any alumni who has already received a yellow “alumni” t-shirt will need to bring that to the conference or purchase a replacement for $5.
Please fill out of the application and submit by October 4th. Any submissions after October 4th will be added to the alternate list.
The Alumni Executive Council will be hosting a mandatory training on Saturday, November 21st at 12:00 noon. All volunteers must attend. Once you apply to volunteer for the Fall Leadership Conference, you will be notified by e-mail of the decision the weekend of October 17th. If you do not hear from a member of the Alumni Board by October 19th, please resubmit your application.
